Oil producers exceeded the initial plans on oil production in the Khanti-Mansi autonomous area (Yugra), having extracted 259.9 million tons that is nearly the same as in 2011 when it was 262.5 million tons.
The Governor of Yugra N. Komarova says that the state of affairs was positive at the global markets for oil sector. Analyzing dynamics of the decline in oil production, it was 7 million tons in 2009, and only 3 million tons within the latest 2 years.
