In Q1 of 2015, Chelyabinsk zinc plant increase zinc production by 1% to 44.88 thousand tons

In the first quarter of 2015, Chelyabinsk zinc plant increased the production of commodity zinc of Special High Grade and its alloys by 1% to 44.88 thousand tons, the company reports. According to the Chelyabinsk zinc plant, 65% of the metal were sold on the domestic market, for comparison, in the first quarter of 2014, 58% of its production were sold on the Russian market.
