Sibur can open centre for polyolefins research in Tomsk

Sibur is working our a project of establishing a center that will study the processes occurring in the production of polyolefins; the new unit can be created in Tomsk, director of the Sibur’s combined unit of development Sergei Galibeev told reporters at the XXV Mendeleev readings that take place in Tomsk, on Tuesday.

"We are considering a number of new projects that could lead to the creation of new units on the basis of scientific centers of the company. One of them is the creation of a center for the use of polyolefins, which we will implement together with our foreign partners, consultants. If this project takes place, it is likely to be in Tomsk,"- said Galibeev.
