150 people blocked at “Vostochny” mine

About 150 people have been blocked at the quarry bottom of the gold-mining deposit in Krasnoyarsk region because of rock fall. A spokesman for regional EMERCOM A.Aleksishina stated to TASS.
She said the incident happened in the open-pit of the mine “Vostochny” in Severo-Eniseysk district. Part of the road, leading to the mine site was destroyed. There is no danger to life, a spokesman for the department said.
