Gazprom sells its share in Estonian gas distribution company AS Eesti Gaas

Gazprom has sold its stake in the gas distribution company AS Eesti Gaas in Estonia. The Russian side sold its 37% for 24.57 million euro. This was reported by Gazprom.

"To agree alienation of 367 268 ordinary registered shares of AS Eesti Gaas, representing 37.026% of its share capital, at the price of not less than 24 571 709 euro," – Gazprom’s message says.
