Gazprom will spend about 28.8 bln roubles for the gasification of regions in 2015.
The total investment volume of Gazprom OJSC spent for gasification of the regions of Russia in 2005-2014 made up 242.5 bln roubles, is reported.
The rates of gasification are falling today due to the delay of regions on the preparation of consumers for gas acceptance: only 15% of Russia’s regions have executed their obligations. Moreover, there is a problem of low paying discipline, there are unattended gas networks, administrative obstacles for connection of objects of capital construction to the gas distribution networks.
