The agreement on strategic cooperation between Sberbank and Bashneft was signed in the framework of the Saint-Petersburg forum.
This document comprises the expansion of cooperation between 2 companies and Sberbank’s financing and optimization of the debt portfolio, rendering the investment-banking services via the bank’s services.
The agreement of strategic cooperation comprises a possible development of joint marketing initiatives, cooperation and exchange of experience in the sphere of management over the inner business processes and personnel policy, the press service of the Bashkiria subdivision of Sberbank reported.
