Lukoil looks for buyer for Karpatneftekhim

Lukoil explores the possibility of selling the Karpatneftekhim plant in the Ukraine. This was reported to journalists by director of Lukoil’s capital markets and M&A department Pavel Zhdanov.
 
"The plant operation is frozen for two years already. We actively explore a variety of proposals from both the Ukrainian investors, and the European ones concerning [the sale] of the company," - Zhdanov said.
