Stockholm Arbitration Court has rejected the claim of Lithuania against Gazprom for 1.5 bln euro

The Stockholm Arbitration Court has rejected all requirements of Lithuania concerning the conditions of the Russian gas purchase, including on the collection of 1.5 bln euro from Gazprom.

The Stockholm Arbitration Court rejected all arguments of Lithuania concerning the unfair price for gas which Gazprom shipped in 2006-2015 to Lietuvos Dujos, the shareholders of which previously were Gazprom and Lithuania.
