Bashneft has agreed to buy oil from Lukoil-Rezervnefteprodukt for 192 billion rubles.
And at the same time it concluded an agreement for the sale of oil products to trading subdivision of Lukoil - Litasco for 193.9 billion rubles, as well as with his longtime partner - offshore company Somitekno Ltd to the amount of up to 40 billion rubles. The term of contractual obligations is until January 31, 2017 with a possible extension till the end of July 2018.
