Court of Appeal has proved illegal the rise of start-up price at oil auctions of Ukrnafta

​The Court of Appeal of Kiev has satisfied he claim of Ukrnafta PJSC and proved illegal the application of 7.35 barrelization coefficient by the Auction Committee at the counting of the start-up price for oil of its own extraction.

The company doesn’t plan to appeal the results of the held auctions on oil sale.

We need the start-up price for the next auctions to be formed by the legal mechanism with the application of the Urals oil barrelization coefficient, is reported.

A representative of Naftogas said that it files a claim along with 2 Ministries on the decision of the Court of Appeal. The Auction Committee doesn’t plan to change the barrelization coefficient at the coming auctions of oil sale of Ukrnafta.
