Rosneft and Gazprom fight on gas pipeline access

Rosneft has prepared a proposal for the Ministry of Energy, which concerns a gradual abolition of the gas monopoly of Gazprom and allocation of its gas transportation system into a separate company.
According to Rosneft, it is about creating the optimal model, which will allow Russia not only to preserve, but also to increase its share on the global gas market.
Leading analyst of Alpari Anna Kokareva believes that 70% of the proposal is the struggle of public corporations, and 30% - the real needs of the market.
