Ukrnafta to share 100% of net profit -2014 with its shareholders

​Ukrnafta will pay $57 mln of dividends to its shareholders. A half of this amount will be transferred to the state budget.

The shareholders of Ukrnafta decided to spend 100% of net profit for 2014 on dividends.

That means the shareholders agreed with the draft law of profit distribution for 2014, though minority shareholders had their own draft law.

They wanted to act in the interests of the company: to pay 50% of profit-2014 to the shareholders, the rest – to the development of the material-technical basis and financing of the company’s activity.
