Rusvietpetro reduces operational costs of oil production to $3 per barrel

Rusvietpetro, a joint venture of Russian Zarubezhneft and Vietnamese Petrovietnam, has reduced operating costs for oil production to a record low level in the region - less than $3 per barrel.
