An expansion of an oil pipeline system “Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean” up to 91 million tons is assessed at 258 billion roubles by 2028. The vice-president of “Transneft” A.Sapsay asserted about it at the meeting of the community council of the Ministry of Environment of the Russian Federation.
