Minister of Finance to sign an agreement with EBRD for a loan issue to Naftogas

​The Minister of Finance, N. Yaresko, is authorized to sign an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development upon the credit line for Naftogas. The respective order of the President Poroshenko as of October 22nd was published on the website of the President.

The decision upon the loan issue was made at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on September 30th 2015. The loan agreement will be signed by the end of October.

One of the conditions of the loan issue was the approval of the plan of corporate management reforming of Naftogas that presupposes the foundation of the Supervision Council which will comprise the representatives of the Government and international organizations that issue funds to the Ukraine.
