National Welfare Fund (NWF), within the quota allocated to the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) for the "ZapSibNeftehim" project of SIBUR can begin to come in one or two months, the co-owner Leonid Michelson informs.
"Right now all the decisions are taken, now the technical design works for receiving these funds will be made, through the Russian Direct Investment Fund. I think it costs some time - a month or two - to finalize, no more ... and the money will come", - L. Michelson stated.
