“Coke” Group reports on its production in 2013

The “Coke” Group reduced coke production by 2% to 2.55 million tons, cast iron –by 1% to 2.1 million tons in 2013 against 2012. It is said about in a statement of “Coke” Group.

The insignificant reduction of cast iron production at OAO “Tulachermet” occurred due to a termination of a blast furnace No2 in Q2 to carry out scheduled capital repairs, the press-service of the Group states. Coal production went up by 4% to 1.66 million tons, mainly because of the launch of the mine “Butovskaya” in May 2013.
