Rosneft increases control over Yamal producing company Sibneftegaz. The Federal Antimonopoly Service approved Itera’s application on purchase of 51% of Sibneftegaz’s voting shares. After conclusion of the deal, the stake of Itera, which is part of Rosneft, will make up 99.9%. As it is known, in August of 2012 Rosneft and Itera group concluded a transaction on creation of a joint venture on basis of the oil and gas company Itera in the sector of gas extraction and sale.
