Rosneft bought out 98.23% of stocks from the minorities of “RN Holding”

“Rosneft” has completed the calculation of applications, filed by the shareholders of OAO “RN Holding” within the framework of the voluntary offer until January 20th, 2014 inclusive. It is said in a statement of the oil company.
7195 of natural persons and 208 of legal persons, inclusive of international financial funds, took advantage of the voluntary offer, inclusive of international financial funds. They offered 2 326 808 924 shares in total to the buyout, which makes up 98.23% of the total volume of shares, in regard to which a voluntary offer was made.
