BP may include the second director into the Rosneft’s Board of Directors in June of 2014, BP’s head R.Dudley stated.
“In the first year, it was my role, and in June of 2014 we will continue the process; we will be glad if new managers come to this managerial body,” – he said.
BP is the second largest shareholder of Rosneft after the state, it owns about 20% of shares.
BP has right for two seats in the Board of Directors.
