Gazpromneft and Petrogrand to develop 2 sites in the Tomsk region together

Gazpromneft and the Swedish company Petrogrand AB have reached agreement on the joint development of the Nizhnepaninsky and Muromsky-2 sites in the Tomsk region, the web-site of Petrogrand reports.

“According to the agreement’s terms, Gazpromenft will finance 100% of works for start of the production, including drilling of wells,” – the report notes. In the exchange for this, the company will receive an option for purchase of Petrogrand’s subsidiaries - Petrogrand EP LLC and Petrogrand Invest LLC, which owns the licenses for the sites development. The price of the purchase will depend on the volume of explored reserves.
