Gazprom to stop gas supplies to the Ukraine in two days

"The Ukraine didn’t make new prepayment for gas in time. Today the remaining volume of prepaid gas is 219 million cubic meters. The transfer of funds from Naftogaz to the account of Gazprom takes about 2 days. Therefore, the supply of gas to the Ukraine in the amount of 114 million cubic meters of gas will lead to a complete cessation of Russian gas supplies to the Ukraine in just two days, which creates serious risks for gas transit to Europe," - he told reporters.
