Russia does not meet the gas requirements of the Ukraine.
"Gazprom" has found a way to force the Ukraine pay for Russian gas supplied by the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR since February 19. Kiev hopes to minimize the risks of the funds withdrawal from the already transferred advance payment by quickly selecting the volume paid, but "Gazprom" does not satisfy more than half of the official orders. "Naftogaz of Ukraine" believes that violates the contract and has already notified the EU. But in any case even the advance payment would last only until the end of the week, after which Kiev will either have to transfer the money again, including for DPR and LPR or seriously limit the consumption of gas in the country.
