Tax manoeuvre of Russia, leading into a ditch

The Russian Government, actively seeking funds to fill the budget in 2015 and subsequent years, instead of running the real economy and taxation of billionaires with progressive tax, has hastily prepared and approved a new system of taxation of the oil industry - "tax manoeuvre". This system, which changes the structure of the tax industry, went into effect on January 1st, 2015.

The goal of innovation is to increase budget revenues, the harmonization of taxation within the Common Economic Space (CES), the elimination of the dependence of federal budget on oil prices (the value of export duties is dependent from them), the stimulation of oil companies to increase the output of light and reduce the production of dark petroleum products.
