European Court starts hearings on Rosneft’s lawsuit against EU sanctions

The EU General Court, at the request of the British court, asked for the attitude of the European authorities, has started hearings on the case of the Russian company Rosneft against anti-Russian sanctions, touched interests of the company. Rosneft appealed against the EU sanctions on October 9, 2014, filed suits in the Court of General Jurisdiction, as well as in the High Court in London.
