Iran laughs at Russia’s offer to freeze oil production

Iran won’t decrease the oil production, as in this case, it will give way to competitive neighboring countries. And the Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh find the offer of Russia and some of the OPEC countries to freeze the level of the black gold production "ridiculous".
