In 2013 Magnitogorsk metallurgical complex increases the production of coated steel by 29 percent.

In 2013 MMK produced 1170 tons of commercial coated steel, which is 29 % higher than in 2012. While there were 825 thousand tons of galvanized products produced (40.5% more than in 2012), and 345 thousand tons of polymeric rolled steel products (7.8 % compared with 2012). Such a significant increase in the production of galvanized rolled metal has been achieved as a result of the development of the complex capacity cold 2000 rolling mill in 2013, the second phase of which was put into operation a year earlier.
