Tatarstan sells its share in Northernwest main oil pipelines to Transneft

Tatarstan has left the oil pipeline business, sold 36% shares of the Northernwest main oil pipelines (SZMN) to Transneft. Until February, this package belonged to the state-owned company Svyazinvestneftekhim, which received money from the deal in late January. The parties don’t call the amount. Experts find it difficult to assume the sale price. Meanwhile, according to the SZMN’s documents, in 2013, almost 29 billion rubles of net assets and nearly 3 billion net profit fell on the former republic’s shares with par value of only 252 thousand rubles.
 
As the Kommersant has got to know, on February 2, Svyazinvestneftekhim ceased to be a shareholder of Kazan subsidiary of Transneft - Northernwest main oil pipelines. The company ceded its 36% an enterprise of Transneft - Transneft-east (Bratsk, Irkutsk region).
