Bashneft gets full control over Ufaorgsintez

Bashneft has completed the deal on acquisition of 19.04% of the share capital of Ufaorgsintez from Sistema-Invest for 3.55 billion rubles on Thursday, Bashneft reports.
As a result of the transaction, Bashneft consolidated 100% of the Ufaorgsintez’s voting shares.
