CPC launches new facilities at three oil-pumping stations in Russia

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which provides for the export of crude oil from Russia and Kazakhstan through its own pipeline system and a sea terminal near Novorossiysk, has launched new facilities at three Russian oil pumping stations within the first phase of the pipeline system's expansion program. This will increase the volume of pumped oil from 30 million to 40 million tons per year in 2014.

According to CPC, thenew facilities were launched at stations of "Astrakhanskaya", which is located in the Enotaevsky district of the Astrakhan region, "Komsomolskaya" in Kalmykia and "Kropotkinskaya" in the Krasnodar Krai.
