An oil refinery to be built in Yakutia in cooperation with China

The  signing of agreement between JSC “Oil Company “Tuymaada-oil” and “Company Hua Qin An Tszyu” took place in Beijing on Thursday, April 23rd. The parties agreed to jointly invest in the construction of the oil refinery with capacity of 2 million tons per year in the Aldan district of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). “Tuymaada-Oil” already has got an existing plant design, and the “Company Hua Qin An Tszyu” has the support of Construction and Engineering Research Institute of the University of Tsing Hua, international foundations and consortia, and also the support of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
