Rosneft doesn’t hold talks on purchase of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port

Rosneft has stated that it is not negotiating on acquisition of a stake in the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, owned by the Summa Group. The oil company reported this on Monday.
