Bashneft has attracted the 3-year loan in the amount of $600 million from a pool of international banks, the company reports.
“Bashneft has completed the deal with the pool of international banks on attraction of the pre-export financing in the amount of $600 million. The company attracts financial resources for corporate-wide aims,” – the report says. The interest rate is LIBOR+2.35%. The export proceeds from oil products sale will be a transaction security.
