BP-TNK Holding has agreed the agenda of the annual shareholders meeting that will be held on June 27, and gives no recommendations about dividend payments. They are going to discuss standard issues including admission of the annual report, the annual accounting, distribution of profit for 2012, the volume, the terms and the form of dividend payment.
