145 projects for the Arctic development for 4.8 trillion rubles prepared in Russia

Russia has prepared 145 projects for the development of the Arctic to the amount of 4.8 trillion rubles, said the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, chairman of the State Commission for the development of the Arctic Dmitry Rogozin.
