A formal proposal on the next Russia-EU Commission-Ukraine tripartite talks on gas in July has not been received by the RF Ministry of Energy; Russia's position remains unchanged – the negotiations are possible after Ukrainian party discharges the debt, a representative of the RF Ministry of Energy told RIA Novosti.
In July "Naftogaz" expects the resumption of the tripartite talks on gas, Andrew Kobolev, the head of "Naftogaz", stated earlier on Monday.
