Court to consider claims of Rosneft to Russian Ministry of Energy on customs benefits

On Wednesday, Moscow Arbitration Court will consider a statement of Rosneft and RN-Holding, which demand to recognize illegal actions of the Ministry of Energy and Rosnedra, which didn’t give the largest Russian oil company approvals, required for the application of reduced customs duties to oil, extracted at the Verkhnechonskoye field.

Business mass media previously reported that in case of satisfaction of the Rosneft’s claims it could claim for the return of 60 billion rubles, previously paid as customs payments, from the budget.
