Transneft has shut down oil export at the Kozmino port due to the storm

Transneft says that the weather is working at the rest ports, the loading is held.

Transneft has shut down oil loading at the port of Kozmino in the Far East due to the storm,  the official representative of the company said.

The weather is expected to change for the better today, he said.

It was reported that oil export from Russia in Q2 2016 rose by 200 thousand tons against Q1 2016. The deputy Minister of Energy, K.Molodtsov, said that the applications of the companies for export in Q2 were satisfied.

The Vice-President of Transneft, S. Andronov, said that oil companies submitted corrected applications for oil export in 2016. In general in 2016 the export plan stays at the same level. He said previously that in 2016 the reduction of oil export is expected by the applications of oil companies.
