Russian Federal Tariff Service has offered to increase tariff on oil transportation on route Makhachkala-Sheskharis by 15%.
On July 9, 2013, Transneft sent a letter to the Russian Federal Tariff Service with a proposal to review rates of the tariff on oil transportation on route Makhachkala-Sheskharis.
