FTS may increase tariff by 15% for Transneft

The Federal Tariff Service of Russia may increase the service tariff on oil transportation from Makhachkala to a transit complex “Sheskharis” for OJSC “Transneft” by 15% up to 349.85 roubles per a ton, exclusive of VAT. It goes from the draft order by the department, published on Tuesday.
