But so far they have not settled the price.

"Gazprom" held the first talks with the European Commission since the charge of the antitrust case. According to "the Kommersant", the company managed to agree with Brussels on items related to the obstruction of the gas overflows. But there is still no consensus on charges of unfair pricing yet, and, sources of "the Kommersant" state, "Gazprom" is concerned that the EC could directively introduce a new formula for the price.
