DTEK is eager to extract 1 billion cubic m in 2014

DTEK is eager to extract 500 million cubic m in 2013 and 1 billion cubic m in 2014, the CEO of DTEK M. Timchenko says. The company is going to drill new wells and to develop production. Earlier, they forecasted production of 250 million cubic m of gas in 2013. In the Soviet era, the Ukraine extracted 70 billion cubic m a year, and then production was reoriented to Siberia. Now internal gas production can be enlarged to 40-45 billion cubic m, if the share of private companies in the sector is enlarged. In his opinion, the staff, the technologies and good investment climate are necessary.
