The Ministry of Economic Development calculates Gazprom’s losses from the freezing of tariffs in 2014 – 2016 at 600 billion rubles, the director of the associated department of the macroeconomic forecasting of the Ministry, O. Zasov says. The Ministry awaits large investment in Gazprom within the next 3 years, but the evaluation has been partially reduced due to large losses in profit. A half of the sum of 600 billion rubles can be spent on the reduction of the investment program. In 2014, the investment program will remain at the level of 700 billion rubles, the same as in 2013.
