Oil delivery from ESPO-2 to Khabarovsk oil-refining plant moved to the second half of 2014

Alliance Oil has moved the deliveries to Khabarovsk oil-refining plant via the oil branch to connect the plant and ESPO to the second half of 2014 due to the problems during the construction, the company reports in its press release.
Initially the plant was going to complete laying of the oil branch at the beginning of 2014. In March the Khabarovsk plant reported, in prospect the planned deliveries via the oil branch would make up to 6 million tons of oil per year.
