Aluminium production since early 2014 is down by 2%

Primary aluminium production, except China, made up 66 400 tons a day in average as of August 2014, compared to 67 200 tons a day in August last year. It is down by 400 tons against July, Platts reports citing the data of the International Aluminium Institute.
