The participants of Vladivostok LNG project Gazprom and Gazprombank negotiate about financing of the project including with the Russian financial institutions, the Vice Director of the Department for Projects Management, the chief of the department for Eastern projects coordination of Gazprom V. Timoshilov says. Project financing is not synonymic to attraction of foreign project financing only, he claims.
