The share of the independent gas producers in the Russian market has reached 30%, the member of the Management Board of Gazprom, the director of the department for cooperation with the Russian authorities, V. Markov says.
He adds that gas supplies by the independent gas producers to the premium regional markets gains profits comparable to those raised in gas exports.
Mr. Markov reminds that Gazprom has suggested many times to enable the company to grant gas discounts for its consumers.
