Lukoil launches advanced oil refining complex for 28 billion rubles at Perm refinery

Lukoil has launched an advanced oil refining complex at a refinery in Perm.
The complex to the amount of 28 billion rubles will allow the company to abandon the production of fuel oil and increase the production of motor fuels by 1.1 million tons.
