Lukoil might cut investment program for 2016 by 12-14%

​Lukoil might reduce its investment program for 2016 by 12-14%, the President V. Alekperov said.

The reduction of the investment program is connected with the Government decision on freezing of oil duties, the company reported.

In 2016 the Government will additionally receive 40 bln roubles from the company on the account of this measure.

Mr. Alekperov hopes that in 2017 the Government will return to the initial edition of the tax maneuver.

Lukoil plans to attract loans for $600-800 mln in 2016.

The government decided to save the oil export duty rate in 2016 at the level of 2015 and refuse from its reduction to 36%.
